GlowMD is an informational digital wellness tool. By using it, you accept the following terms.
1. Informational Purpose Only
The skin analyses, routines, product recommendations, and procedure guides provided by GlowMD are educational and informational in nature. They are not diagnoses, prescriptions, or medical treatment plans, and they do not take the place of a professional consultation with a qualified physician, dermatologist, or medical aesthetician.
2. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice
The content generated by GlowMD is based on self-reported information, photographic analysis performed by AI systems, and generalized clinical heuristics. It may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or generalizations that do not apply to your individual medical situation. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before:
- Starting a new skincare regimen containing active ingredients (retinoids, exfoliating acids, hydroquinone, etc.);
- Undergoing any in-clinic aesthetic procedure;

3. No Physician-Patient Relationship
Your use of GlowMD does not create a physician-patient, doctor-patient, or any other clinical relationship between you and Aesthetic Studio Creator S.R.L., its founder, its employees, or its contributors. The founder is a practicing medical aesthetician; her involvement in building this product is editorial and scientific, not clinical.
4. Product and Procedure Recommendations
Product and procedure suggestions are compiled from publicly available clinical literature and industry knowledge. Formulations, prices, and availability change; always verify on the manufacturer's or clinic's official channel.
You are responsible for patch-testing any topical product on a small area of skin for 24–48 hours before wider use, and for discontinuing use at the first sign of irritation, redness, burning, swelling, rash, or any allergic reaction.
GlowMD does not guarantee specific results. Skin responds differently between individuals based on genetics, lifestyle, environment, hormonal state, and concurrent treatments.
5. Emergency Warning
If you experience a severe reaction — difficulty breathing, facial swelling, signs of anaphylaxis, severe burns, chemical injury, or any life-threatening symptom — stop using the product immediately and seek emergency medical care.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aesthetic Studio Creator S.R.L., its affiliates, directors, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of GlowMD content, including — but not limited to — adverse skin reactions, worsened conditions, costs of products or procedures, or decisions made based on the information provided.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
7. Age Restriction
GlowMD is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use the service. Caregivers and parents must not submit images of minors through this product.
8. Acceptance
By creating an account, uploading a photo, completing the skin quiz, or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of GlowMD.
